Quality Management System
A Quality Management System (QMS) and processes are essential as part of any construction or development process. We supply support to your QMS with the option of reviews annually.
Auditing Preparation
HSQE.ie will assist in your recording and sharing of information from regular site audits and inspection reports; the team will use these to produce dashboards and required reports. This will enable you to understand the issues and should minimise the number of audits undertaken. The method of sharing will be discussed and agreed at the outset of the project.
Project Quality Management Plans
Ensuring quality throughout the life of a project is of high importance to us atHSQE.ie. A Project Quality Management Plan sets out the controls (method statements, inspection and testing, identification and traceability, storage of materials, control of monitoring and measurement devices, control of nonconformance) that ensure all client requirements, and all applicable regulatory requirements for the works are met. It also specifies the processes (purchasing, auditing, inspections) to be implemented from the QMS (and any specific variations required by the client), and details the resources to be utilised on the project. The Project Quality Management Plan is a live document. The plan schedules daily, weekly and/or monthly progress meetings (depending on the nature of the work) to monitor progress, identify problems or delays, and to agree any corrective or remedial actions
